Our History
Founded in 1977 by Harlan E. Rubottom, Rubottom & Associates, LLC progressed through the years in a number of different forms. Through his experience Harley realized that there is a continuing and growing need for quality tax and business advice provided in a personalized and timely manner at a reasonable cost.
Our Credentials
Harley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Harley passed the Accredited Financial Planning Specialist exam in December 1985 receiving the highest score of all those examined. He is the first specialist ever accredited in this profession and holds certificate number one!
